Papaya and Pineapple Refreshing Facial Mask
If you're looking for an at-home mask treatment that will help to shrink pores, you'll want to read this next recipe. This mask also has a slight bleaching action that will help to even out skin tone. The pineapple and papaya contain enzymes called papain and bromelain respectively that help to dissolve and lift away dry skin. With repeated use, this mask will make your pores appear smaller, likely due to the removal of dead skin which can clog and stretch the pore.
For this mask you’ll need:
¼ cup freshly mashed raw papaya
1 teaspoon fresh raw pineapple juice

Recommended for all skin types except sensitive, irritated or sunburned skin.
Use 1 time per week
Do not store this mask; mix as needed.

Using a mortar and pestle or a small bowl and a fork, mash the papaya and add the pineapple juice. Mix until a paste has been formed, (this may be a bit runny, so you’ll need to place a towel around your head and neck).   Apply to cleaned face and neck and then lie down for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse and follow with your favorite moisturizer.

Nail Care
Here's a quick recipe to nourish and moisturize nails and help them to retain their strength and flexibility so they will not crack or peel.
20 drops lavender essential oil
10 drops lemon essential oil
1 tablespoon almond oil
1 tablespoon jojoba base oil (will not go rancid)
Add the essential oils, drop by drop, directly into a dark storage bottle and then add the base oils. Shake until well blended. Place the bottle in a dark location for 24 hours so the oils can synergize. Nightly, apply 1 drop to each nail and massage in. Shake before each use. No refrigeration is required. Use within 6 months.

Balancing Facial Mask
To give your skin the care is deserves, try this facial mask made with all natural ingredients.

1 small avocado smashed  (about 2/3 cup)
1/2 of a small cucumber finely grated (approximately 1/3 of a cup)
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
3 tbls green clay which can be purchased at any natural food store

Combine all ingredients in a small bowel using a fork to blend.  Cover and chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Apply a thick mixture to clean and dry skin on your face and neck  AVOIDING THE EYES and LIP AREAS. Now relax with your favorite tea and allow the mask to dry, approximately 20 minutes. Wipe clean with a clean cloth and pat dry.

Make Up
Be very sure to remove your makeup each evening. It's a really bad idea to flop into bed, leaving makeup – not to mention environmental grime  on your face while you sleep. Take a couple minutes to remove it, and you’ll find your face looking and feeling younger.

Eye Care
To help avoid crows feet around the corner of your eyes, wear your sunglasses year round whenever you are outdoors! The sun's harmful rays will break down the collegen and elastin in the sensitive tissue around the eyes helping to create a wrinkled effect. Also, be sure to use an all natural and organic sunscreen and moisturizer whenever possible.
